Shipping/delivery is only available within Ontario. Shipping rates are $10 within Ontario.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

All purchases are final sale.

Free In-store Pick Up

All orders can be picked up after a pick-up confirmation is received.

Order confirmation and Valid photo ID will be required to collect order.

Orders may be collected during regular clinic hours.

Orders not collected within 7 days may be subject to cancellation or restocking per clinic policy.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product we do not offer returns.
